General Information about our park

  • Our accommodation is set up for budget conscious seniors and suitable for two, four or six people.
  • We accept all credit cards except Amex.
  • You must check out by 10:00AM. Check in time is no earlier than 2:00PM.
  • We may change you to a different cabin of the same price bracket unless you request a specific cabin.
  • We are generally fully booked for about six to eight weeks in advance so plan your holiday early.
  • We do not allow smoking inside the cabins. If you do we will deduct $100 from your credit card as a cleaning fee.
  • All beds are supplied with pillows, pillow cases, mattress protectors, blankets, and feather doonas in winter.
  • Customers need to bring their own sheets and towels or we charge a fee of $12 per bed if we provide the linen.
  • All bookings require a deposit equivalent to one days accommodation.The remainder is payable on arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking two weeks or less than the designated arrival date we will charge a $20 admin fee.
  • For our Xmas period the deposit may not be refunded if you cancel less than 2 weeks before your arrival date. For Xmas bookings we may charge a $50 admin fee for refund processing.
  • Bookings will lapse if no deposit is received two weeks after you book.
  • Should you decide to shorten your stay with us there is no refund or credit.
  • Senior rates apply to people holding an Over 60’s Government issued Senior’s card. Minimum stay is one week.You need to present your Senior’s card when checking in.
  • Some pets may be allowed at the park owners’ discretion. We allow small dogs in cabin 1 but we must be informed and confirm with you before you arrive. We do not accept larger dogs as the park has no provision to accommodate them. Dogs and cats are not allowed on the lounge or bed but we ask that you bring a cover for the lounge and bed in case they jump onto it.
  • No cleaning of fish allowed in the park. Fish cleaning tables are located at the reserve on the lake
