General Information about our park
Below is some general information about our Tourist Park.
• Much of our accommodation is set up for budget conscious seniors and suitable for two, four or six people.
We accept all credit cards except Amex.
• You must check out by 10:00AM. Check in time is no earlier than 2:00PM. Adhering to this policy enables us to clean the cabins before the next arrivals.
• We are generally fully booked for about six to eight weeks in advance so plan your holiday early.
• We do not allow smoking inside the cabins.
• All beds are supplied with pillows, pillow cases, mattress protectors, blankets, and feather doonas in winter. Customers need to bring their own sheets and towels or we charge a fee of $10 per bed if we provide the linen.
• All bookings require a deposit. It is not refundable if you cancel less than 2 weeks before your arrival date
• Bookings will lapse if no deposit is received two weeks after you book.
• Should you decide to shorten your stay with us there is no refund or credit.
• Senior rates apply to people holding an Over 60's Government issued Seniors card. Minimum stay is one week. You need to present your Seniors card when checking in.
• Some pets may be allowed at the park owners’ discretion.
