General Information about our park
Below is some general information about our Caravan Park, if we haven't answered one of your questions here feel free to contact us with your enquiries:
- We accept all credit cards except Amex.
- You must check out by 10:00AM. Check in time is no earlier than 2:00PM. Adhering to this policy enables us to clean the cabins before the next arrivals.
- We are generally fully booked for about six weeks in advance so plan your holiday early.
- We do not allow smoking inside the cabins.
- All beds are supplied with pillows, pillow cases, mattress protectors, blankets, and feather doonas in winter. Customers need to bring their own sheets and towels or we charge a laundry fee of $10 if we provide the linen.
- Should you decide to shorten your stay with us there is no refund.
- Bookings for the Xmas period require $100 deposit with the booking. If it is not received within two weeks the booking will lapse.
- Senior rates apply to people holding a NSW Seniors card. They apply for bookings of one week or longer.
- We do occasionally allow pets but with limitations. Our park is only ½ acre and we are proud of the quietness. Consequently we only allow small, quiet lap dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the cabins and must be on a leash when in the park. They must be taken with the owner when they are away from the park.
