General Information about our park

Below is some general information about our Caravan Park. If we haven't answered one of your questions here feel free to contact us with your enquiries:

• We accept all credit cards except Amex.
• You must check out by 10:00AM. Check in time is no earlier than 2:00PM. Adhering to this policy enables us to clean the cabins before the next arrivals.
• We are generally fully booked for about six to eight weeks in advance so plan your holiday early.
• We do not allow smoking inside the cabins.
• All beds are supplied with pillows, pillow cases, mattress protectors, blankets, and feather doonas in winter. Customers need to bring their own sheets and towels or we charge a fee of $10 per bed if we provide the linen.
• All bookings require a deposit. It is not refundable if you cancel less than 2 weeks before your arrival date
• Bookings will lapse if no deposit is received two weeks after booking.
• Should you decide to shorten your stay with us there is no refund.
• Senior rates apply to people holding a Government issued Seniors card. Minimum stay is one week.
• Some pets may be allowed at the park owners’ discretion.
